    No. There’s nothing due at signing or during the renovation. HousePro is paid out of the sale proceeds at closing, the same way other closing costs are handled.

  • What if the home doesn’t sell, or the deal falls through?

  • Which projects qualify?

  • How fast can you turn around a listing?

    In-home consult within 2 days of your call, then a line-item estimate within 24 hours. Build time depends on scope — 2–4 days for a bathroom, 3–6 weeks for a kitchen, 4–6 weeks for a basement.

  • Do I need to be on-site for the consult?

    No — we’ll coordinate directly with the seller or whoever you designate as the point of contact. You can be as involved as you want to be.

  • Do you work outside Pennsylvania and New Jersey?
